What you are buying

• The service. ASTORRE X SMART: an Android app and server service that records conversations, transcribes them and keeps a source-linked memory of them — commitments, decisions, limits and what changed. Needs an Android phone and an internet connection. Commitments, decisions and limits are read from English and Romanian conversations.
• Transcription allowance. Includes 1,200 minutes (20 hours) of transcription a month on either plan. If you use them all, new recordings are still saved, and they are transcribed automatically from the 1st of the next month, using that month's minutes.
• Provider. Amstercode, Koningsstraat 107, 1432 PL Aalsmeer, the Netherlands · KVK 82506949 · office@amstercode.com.
• Payment. In advance, by card, on Stripe's secure page that follows. No trial. SMART starts as soon as the payment goes through. Your ASTORRE X SMART account is created for the email address below — or, if you are signed in, SMART is added to your account — and you receive two emails: how to start, and your order confirmation.
• Duration and renewal. The first term is 12 months. After that the plan renews automatically for a year at a time until you cancel.
• Cancelling. During the first 12 months, cancelling stops the renewal and SMART stays active until those 12 months end. Once the plan has renewed, you can cancel at any time with at most one month’s notice: SMART ends one month after you cancel (or at the end of the paid year, if sooner), and we refund the unused part of that year, pro rata by day.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you buy, without giving a reason — with the button in your order confirmation (no sign-in needed), on your SMART billing page, or by email to office@amstercode.com (you may use the model withdrawal form). Because SMART starts immediately at your request, if you withdraw you pay for the days it was provided, in proportion to the full period, and we refund the rest within 14 days. You do not lose your right of withdrawal by starting now.

Starting immediately is how SMART is sold: both boxes below are required to buy. If you do not want SMART to start within the withdrawal period, please do not buy it now.
