Delete your Astorre X account.

You can create an Astorre X account in the Astorre X app, or Amstercode creates one for you under your service agreement. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

01 / REQUEST

Two ways to ask.

Both reach the same place. We act on requests that come from the e-mail address of the account, so we know the request is yours.

Bought a subscription in the app? Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

In the app

Open the account area of the Astorre X app and choose Request account deletion. The app prepares the e-mail for you, already naming your account.

Write to us from the e-mail address of your Astorre X account with the subject “Account deletion request”.

02 / WHAT HAPPENS

From request to confirmation.

There is no automatic self-delete button: a person at Amstercode handles every request, so nothing belonging to your company is removed by accident.

  1. Request receivedFrom the app or by e-mail, from your account’s address.
  2. Account matchedWe match the request to your portal account and may ask you to confirm it.
  3. Deletion carried outYour login and the personal data linked to it are removed.
  4. Confirmed by e-mailWe confirm in writing, within 30 days of your request.
03 / SCOPE

What is deleted, and what is kept.

Deletion covers you as a user. Records that belong to your company follow your company’s service contract.

Deleted

  • Your portal user account (your login)
  • Your mobile sessions and the device tokens used for notifications
  • Personal data linked to your login

Kept

  • Invoices and payment records — the law requires us to keep them for 7 years
  • Your company’s business data stays with your company

Je account verwijderen.

Een Astorre X-account maak je aan in de Astorre X-app, of Amstercode maakt het voor je aan onder je serviceovereenkomst. Je kunt ons op elk moment vragen je account en de persoonsgegevens die eraan gekoppeld zijn te verwijderen.

Zo vraag je het aan: in de app via Account & Support → Request account deletion, of per e-mail vanaf het e-mailadres van je account naar office@amstercode.com met als onderwerp “Account deletion request”. We bevestigen de verwijdering per e-mail binnen 30 dagen.

Abonnement gekocht in de app? Abonnementen die je in de app koopt, worden gefactureerd door Google Play. Als je je account verwijdert, wordt een Google Play-abonnement niet opgezegd — zeg het eerst op in Google Play → Betalingen en abonnementen → Abonnementen.
