How we know who introduced whom

Commission is not based on memory, pressure or claims after the fact. It is based on professional attribution: approved partner profile, personal link or code, lead record, payment record and AmsterCode confirmation.

Profile
Every approved partner has a partner record: name, email, partner code, status, written terms and payout details.
Link
The partner receives a unique referral link or code that identifies where the buyer came from.
Lead
When a buyer comes through that link or code, the source can be stored with the lead, calculator request, contact form or payment event.
Payment
Commission is not created by a visit alone. It becomes relevant only when the referred customer pays and the payment is received and cleared.
Confirm
Before payout, AmsterCode validates the referral, product, payment and partner terms. This keeps the system fair and prevents false claims.

Simple rule: no approved partner profile, no valid referral record or written pre-sale confirmation, no automatic commission claim.

The money is clear: 20%.

AmsterCode sells premium Business Communication Infrastructure. One serious buyer can create a strong one-time commission, and an active communication-layer subscription can create monthly partner income.

20% one-time commission on eligible AmsterCode website / Business Communication Platform deals, confirmed in the partner agreement.
AI layer
20% monthly commission on eligible active AmsterCode communication-layer subscriptions for as long as the referred customer remains active and paying.
Trigger
Commission is triggered only after the customer payment is received and cleared, according to the written partner terms.
Payout
Within 24 hours maximum after the payment is received and cleared.

Professional attribution rules

A partner cannot appear after a sale and say “I sent that customer.” The referral must be traceable or confirmed before the commercial process becomes unclear.

Valid
A customer comes through the partner’s personal referral link or uses the partner’s referral code.
Also valid
The partner introduces the customer by email or written message before the sale, and AmsterCode confirms the referral in writing.
Not valid
A partner claims a customer after the fact without a referral link, referral code, written introduction or AmsterCode confirmation.
Fair
If attribution is unclear, AmsterCode reviews the lead history, payment record and written communication before any commission is approved.

You introduce buyers through your referral link/code or by written pre-sale introduction confirmed by AmsterCode.

AmsterCode scopes, prices, invoices, closes, builds, deploys, maintains and supports the customer.

After the customer payment is received and cleared, your eligible commission is paid within 24 hours maximum.

If the customer keeps an eligible communication-layer subscription active, you can continue receiving 20% every month under the written terms.
