All assistants are billed as a one-time setup project, separate from your website. If we build your new website and your assistant in the same project, you receive a flat €500 discount on the assistant setup fee — regardless of which assistant package you choose. For example: if your Advanced Text-only assistant is quoted at €2,000 as a standalone project, the bundle brings the assistant setup down to €1,500.
After the one-time setup, the assistant needs a stable home. The subscription covers the infrastructure, monitoring and small adjustments so the system keeps matching your business.
Standard €49/month applies to text-only assistants with normal conversation volume. The exact amount is written clearly in your proposal.
Voice requires additional infrastructure and testing, so the subscription is higher. The exact figure depends on call volume and is always specified in writing before you decide.
